Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances entirely out of our control, our house purchase fell through last week, however, I thought you should know just how grateful we were for all that Genni and her team did to help us get almost to exchange. From the very first enquiry email, which was answered promptly and efficiently by Sabrina, we had a good feeling about going ahead with Warner Goodman. Throughout the few weeks we were proceeding with the transaction, every member of the team was consistently efficient, kind and always communicated clearly and in a timely manner, whether by phone or email. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, they always answered every question and were so patient whenever we did need anything explaining. We were asked by our seller to push fast for a quick completion, and Genni and her team took on the challenge and would absolutely have made the deadline had the sale not fallen through. I can honestly say this team have been such a pleasure to work with and do an amazing job. Their attention to detail and their treatment of clients far exceeds what we have seen in any other local business over the past year since we moved into the area. Occasionally I needed to call into the office to drop off paperwork, and again, every member of staff was kind and courteous, always allowing the time for whatever needed to be discussed. Sometimes I think we can find one person in an organisation who really stands out, head and shoulders above the others, but what makes Warner Goodman in Waterlooville so great is the consistency of the team - each one is as helpful as the other, so no matter who you deal with you get the same professional, courteous and timely responses. Even when the house purchase fell through, Genni worked hard to find out more information for us and to get to the bottom of things. The whole team treated us as individuals and were genuinely kind and thoughtful, knowing how hard it had hit us to lose this property.
