We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join our growing team in Portsmouth. In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, overage agreements, conditional contracts, option agreements, property finance and development work.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and detail-focused, who enjoys taking ownership of their work and delivering high-quality results. Previous Commercial Property experience is essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fee Earner to join our Private Client team in Fareham, specialising in contentious probate matters. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload, work closely with a supportive team and make a real difference to clients navigating challenging and often sensitive situations.

We’re looking for someone with previous contentious probate experience, a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client care. If you enjoy building relationships, taking on responsibility and being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
