We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our Financial Services team in Fareham. Your primary role will be to assist the Head of Financial Services in delivering a comprehensive financial planning service to both new and existing clients, with a focus on lump sum investment advice, financial planning later in life, and inheritance tax planning.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma (or be working towards Chartered status), possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience in paraplanning within an IFA is essential.

In this role, you will provide essential secretarial and organisational support to Fee Earners, helping to ensure the efficient progress of client matters across a range of services, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Estate Administration. Key responsibilities will include typing correspondence, drafting documentation, audio transcription, updating case management systems, assisting clients by phone and email, and carrying out general office-based administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be presentable, IT literate, well-organised, and able to work effectively under pressure. Previous secretarial experience, particularly within a legal environment, is preferred.

We are looking for an Assistant to join our Southampton-based Residential Conveyancing team. You will play a key role in supporting our Fee Earners and the wider team, helping to deliver a high standard of service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment would be beneficial.
