Assistant


 

 Southampton  Permanent - Full Time

We’re looking for an Assistant to join our Commercial Litigation team in Southampton. Supporting Fee Earners and the wider team, you’ll be based in a fast-paced environment, working on a variety of matters. This role includes handling calls and enquiries, opening files, arranging meetings, assisting with document preparation, and undertaking general administrative duties to ensure matters progress efficiently.

We’re looking for someone organised, adaptable, and confident in managing a busy workload with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Excellent typing and IT skills are essential, and previous legal or administrative experience would be an advantage.

Solicitor / Legal Executive


 

 Southampton  Permanent - Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be working on a varied caseload, primarily in Civil Litigation work. You’ll also play a key part in helping Warner Goodman build on its reputation as a first-class law firm and continue to deliver the very best service to our clients.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, accurate, and detail-focused. You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure, manage a busy workload, and be flexible and team-focused. Previous Civil Litigation experience is essential. Residential Conveyancing
Conveyancing Technician


 

 Fareham  Permanent - Part Time/Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Technician to join our long-established Fareham team, known for its outstanding reputation for client care. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to the Partner in charge, working on a variety of residential conveyancing matters without the pressure of your own caseload. Your responsibilities will include title checks, contract reporting, raising and responding to enquiries, handling mortgage offers and searches, preparing files for exchange, and using Case Management systems to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and with previous experience in Residential Conveyancing. This role offers a negotiable salary based on experience, and both full-time and part-time hours are considered.
