Employee Perks and Benefits

Annual leave:

  • 22 days annual leave for non-executive staff and 27 days for executive staff, increasing by 1 additional day every 5 years of service
  • An extra day off for your birthday
  • 2 additional fixed days off at Christmas

Flexible working:

  • Flexible working hours, with many of our staff (41%) working non-standard hours.
  • Hybrid working options (role and department dependent, available after probation).

Pensions:

  • Automatic enrolment into the government pension scheme (eligible after 3 months): Employee contribution: 5% / employer contribution: 3%.
  • Enhanced company pension scheme also available (eligible after 3 months): Non-executive staff: 4% employee / 4% employer contribution, and for Executive staff: 5% employee / 5% employer contribution.

Health and wellbeing:

  • Company Sick Pay (in addition to Statutory Sick Pay) for all staff.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, including confidential counselling and Private GP access.
  • Private Medical Insurance and paid professional subscriptions for executive staff.
