We maintain contact with the other professionals and financiers involved throughout the deal and will liaise with them, at the earliest opportunity, to ensure that everyone is pulling in the same direction.  This includes the other party’s lawyers, who we will contact at the outset in order to save a lot of time and money confirming key issues and contractual points early on.  It is perhaps no wonder we have established excellent relationships with other professionals through our many years of practice in this area.
