Naushad Rahman led a recent project of ours.  Despite the tight time scale and the irregularity of Board meetings, during that period all deadlines were met and there have been no issues falling out from the TUPE transfer.  The new company has operated effectively with no issues having been raised.  At the same time, the new subsidiary has been created and has joined the VAT group.  We are delighted at the level of service we have received from Naushad; that deadlines have been met and that the final cost was within budget.  

Warner Goodman have been our company Lawyers for some years; when it came to the sale of our business they were the natural choice to deal with this.
