Warner Goodman have been our company Lawyers for some years; when it came to the sale of our business they were the natural choice to deal with this. In what was a very stressful time WG were professional and courteous and the end result came in on time and on budget. We know that WG’s team worked tirelessly to get this deal over the line and we were happy with the service that they provided.

I would like to thank Warner Goodman and yourself for the help and support you gave us throughout the sale of our business (in excess of £10million). The transaction went on far longer than any of us expected and through no fault of either party but it resulted in a mad scramble in the last month to meet the deadline.  During that time, your calmness was a great help and, without that help, I have no doubt the deadline would have been missed so, once again, thanks very much.

Naushad Rahman led a recent project of ours.  Despite the tight time scale and the irregularity of Board meetings, during that period all deadlines were met and there have been no issues falling out from the TUPE transfer.  The new company has operated effectively with no issues having been raised.  At the same time, the new subsidiary has been created and has joined the VAT group.  We are delighted at the level of service we have received from Naushad; that deadlines have been met and that the final cost was within budget.
