Mollie Leak

Mollie joined the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in October 2019 after qualifying as a Solicitor on the 1^st of the same month. She completed her Recognised Period of Training while working for a law firm in Axminster, Devon and prior to that had worked as a Paralegal in the Litigation department of a Salisbury firm. Leading up to the start of her legal career, she studied LLB Law at Plymouth University, and completed her LPC at the University of the West of England.

In her role as a Solicitor in the team, Mollie works with a variety of clients, including landlords and tenants on commercial or residential property issues, as well as with businesses in disputes over contracts, possession proceedings, disputes over tenancy agreements, consumer rights and breach of contract disputes.

Having grown up in the Hampshire region, Mollie knows the area quite well and enjoys spending her time away from the office going for walks with her family and their dogs. When she is not rambling around the hills of Hampshire, you can find Mollie either baking or cooking in the kitchen or at the theatre.
