Sandra joined the Portsmouth Residential Conveyancing team in 2012 after working as an administrator in the public sector for nearly 30 years.

Her first role was in the Employment Service/Job Centre before moving to the Land Registry as an Administrator and then as a Registration Executive.  Part of her role at the Land Registry was to process the official searches and register updates, as well as creating registers and plans for Transfers of Part, new Leases and First Registrations.  Sandra therefore brings valuable experience to the team not only in the legal technicalities of the conveyancing process but also as an administrator, in customer service and resolving enquiries.

In her role as part of Paul Winslade’s team, Sandra deals with ID and Money Laundering checks, reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers, as well as drafting completion statements.
