My Journey so far...

"When I began my search for opportunities in the field of law, my goal was to find a firm that would not only allow me to excel but also support my career development. Discovering Warner Goodman exceeded my expectations; their commitment to providing opportunities and sponsorships for staff stood out.

I joined Warner Goodman in August 2019 and expressed a strong interest in the WG Academy to pursue my LPC and LLM qualifications. I was delighted when my application for the programme was approved and excited to enroll into the Academy.

Shortly after starting my courses, the opportunity to take a day off each week for study leave was offered, a gesture for which I am immensely grateful. This flexibility has enabled me to balance work and study effectively. Overall, I have found Warner Goodman and the programme to be exceptionally supportive. There's always someone available to provide assistance when needed.

I would describe my journey so far as exciting, challenging and rewarding. I have learnt many new skills along the way and have broadened my knowledge in the legal field. Despite the demanding nature of the course, the enjoyment derived from the sense of accomplishment at each stage is undeniable. Working in various departments and understanding the Firm's roles has been particularly enriching. I was also able to work with several amazing mentors at Warner Goodman, which has allowed me to shape my own style of law.

Thanks to the WG Academy, I am well on my way to achieving my goal of becoming a fully qualified solicitor. The WG Academy has offered me a clear path to obtaining the necessary qualifications and enabled me to develop my knowledge and skills in law, especially from a practical perspective.
