Andrew Cullyer

Andrew joined our Commercial Litigation team in October 2020 as a Litigation Executive, specialising in Construction disputes.

He is an unregistered Barrister who completed his training on a full scholarship from the Inner Temple. Andrew has been dealing with Construction Contract disputes for the last eight years, working on projects worth multi-millions and has been able to help secure up-to-figure settlements for clients.

Andrew is a member of the Society of Construction Law and is a CILEx Advanced Paralegal with experience in:

• Adjudication;
• Mediation;
• Extensions of time;
• Loss and Expense;
• Variations and Final account disputes;
• Design Development disputes, and
• High-level commercial negotiation, including contract reviews for Contracts worth millions.

Outside of work, Andrew is a keen dramatist and owns and runs his own theatre company.
