Covid-19 Update

The health and safety of our clients, employees and the wider public is our utmost priority during these unprecedented and fast changing times.  While our offices currently remain open for our employees during our normal operating hours of 9am to 5pm, we will be closed for anything other than pre-booked appointments.  We ask that, unless you have a pre-booked appointment, please telephone or email us with any enquiry regarding a new or existing matter and we shall be pleased to assist you.  If you do have an appointment, we understand that you may wish to change this to an alternative method, so please contact your legal representative directly to discuss how we can help.   

An increasing number of our employees are now working from home in accordance with Government policy.  As a firm, we have been offering flexible methods of working for a number of years, and can do so using secure networks.

We realise that these are unsettling times in our personal, work and business lives.  Our recent investment in our IT, case management and telephone systems means that we will strive to continue to provide our services with as little disruption as possible and still with the same level of friendly advice, professionalism and expertise that we have always been proud to offer.

With the advice changing daily, we will keep you updated on our website and social media channels as to how you can contact us, should you need to. In the meantime, we hope you stay safe, well and healthy, and we will work together to overcome these difficult times.

If you are a client of our Chandler’s Ford office, please be aware that we are unable to process cheque or cash payments due to the local bank arrangements.  We would request all transactions are made online; please speak to your legal representative for more information.
