Sarah Whitemore, Partner at Warner Goodman LLP, Wins Prestigious Professional Services Award at The Dynamic Awards 2026

We are delighted to announce that Partner and Head of our Peace of Mind (POM) team, Sarah Whitemore, has been named winner of the Professional Services Award at the highly respected The Dynamic Awards 2026.
The ceremony took place on 26 March 2026 at the iconic The Grand Hotel, Brighton, hosted by Platinum Media Ltd. The event brought together hundreds of professionals from across the South East to celebrate outstanding women in business, recognising those driving innovation, leadership, and excellence across a wide range of industries.
A well-deserved recognition for 20 years of client-focused service
Sarah’s award recognises her outstanding contribution to professional services and her pioneering approach as the proud founder and creator of the Peace of Mind service at Warner Goodman LLP.
The Professional Services category is a highly competitive category at the Dynamic Awards, recognising individuals who deliver consistently high standards across a wide range of professional sectors.
For Sarah, the recognition reflects the evolution of Peace of Mind over the last 20 years. At its core, the service is centred on being approachable, accessible and genuinely client-focused, ensuring legal support feels clear, personal and easy to access.
Operating on a fixed-fee basis, Peace of Mind allows employers to access ongoing advice without the uncertainty of hourly billing. This approach has helped create open, trusted relationships, where clients feel able to share both personal and business challenges. It is this deeper understanding, Sarah says, that enables the team to tailor advice more effectively and deliver a more meaningful level of support.
Reflecting on the award, Sarah described the recognition as both humbling and deeply meaningful after two decades of building and refining the service. She emphasised that the achievement is not only personal but also reflects the team and the community built around Peace of Mind.
An inspiring evening celebrating women in business
The Dynamic Awards evening was a memorable celebration of female achievement across the region. Alongside the awards, guests heard from a number of inspirational speakers, including a particularly impactful address from Jen Melbert of Growth Animals Ltd, who encouraged women to be bold in pursuing new opportunities and advocating for their own growth.
Sarah also reflected on the significance of the venue itself, the historic Grand Hotel in Brighton, noting the sense of occasion and the inspiring atmosphere created by so many accomplished women gathered in one place.

Built on innovation, evolution, and client care
Over the past 20 years, Sarah has played a central role in evolving the Peace of Mind service offering at Warner Goodman LLP. From developing specialist teams to introducing streamlined systems such as the helpdesk model, the service has continuously adapted to meet the changing needs of clients.
This focus on innovation, responsiveness, and genuine accessibility has been key to its success, and ultimately to Sarah’s recognition at this year’s awards.
Looking ahead
Commenting on the future, Sarah shared her commitment to continuing to evolve the service, particularly through embracing new technologies such as AI to further enhance client experience. She also highlighted her passion for “passing on” knowledge and inspiration, including plans to introduce internal recognition initiatives to celebrate excellence within her own team.
Celebrating a significant milestone
This award comes during a landmark year, marking 20 years of the Peace of Mind service. Sarah’s recognition at the Dynamic Awards represents not only a personal achievement but also a celebration of two decades of dedication to redefining what excellent client service looks like within the legal profession.
Everyone at Warner Goodman LLP congratulates Sarah on this outstanding achievement and looks forward to seeing the continued impact of her leadership in the years ahead.
