About Our Guest Speaker

Sophie Coulthard - AxioGrow

Sophie Coulthard is the co-founder of AxioGrow, a values-based assessment and development platform grounded in the science of Axiology - the study of how people make value judgements. She specialises in helping organisations understand the deeper drivers behind human behaviour, decision making, and wellbeing.

Through her workshops and programmes, Sophie translates complex axiology principles into practical, accessible tools that improve culture, communication, and team performance. She works closely with HR leaders to embed values awareness into everyday practice, creating workplaces where people feel understood, supported, and equipped to thrive.

About HR Hangout

As a HR Manager of over 20 years, Cath Dixon understands the challenges HR professionals face daily. As a standalone HR Manager for a significant time, Cath understands the isolation that can be experienced and so she has created a networking group and "safe space" for HR professionals to share and grow.

This is more than just another webinar - it's a community where you can discuss real workplace issues with peers who truly understand.
