Olivia McCarthy

Olivia joined Warner Goodman in March 2026 as a Solicitor within the Litigation Department, based in our Southampton office. Olivia studied Business Law LLB at London South Bank University, graduating with a 2:1. She then went on to complete her legal studies at the University of Law, where she received a Commendation, graduating in 2020.

Olivia brings several years of litigation experience, having developed her expertise across a variety of roles in the legal sector. She completed her training contract in 2026 and qualified as a solicitor.

Olivia primarily specialises in property litigation matters, supporting clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and resolve disputes with clarity, care, and confidence.

Outside of work, Olivia is a devoted dog owner, currently caring for two English Bulldogs. Much of her free time is spent outdoors walking her dogs in the countryside. She has also recently taken up golf and enjoys frequent trips to the driving range.
