Joy Ikondu

Joy joined Warner Goodman in October 2026 as a Conveyancing Assistant in our Residential Conveyancing team. Before joining us, she studied LLB Law at the University of Kent and graduated in July 2026.

During her time at university, Joy volunteered at the Kent Law Clinic, where she worked alongside experienced supervisors to help clients with immigration and housing matters.

This gave Joy her first opportunity to put her legal knowledge into practice and, more importantly, see how the law can make a real difference to people's lives. It was an experience she thoroughly enjoyed.

In her role as a Conveyancing Assistant, Joy helps clients through the process of buying or selling their home. From assisting with initial enquiries and preparing important legal documents to supporting the team with the day-to-day progression of transactions, Joy helps ensure clients receive a friendly, efficient service and that their move goes as smoothly as possible.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys keeping active and has a keen interest in fitness. She's also a talented crocheter and loves getting creative with her projects.
