Joe Taylor

Joe joined Warner Goodman’s Commercial Property team in April 2015, having previously worked in residential property at a local firm. As part of his training, he gained experience in the Private Client and Employment Litigation departments before qualifying as a solicitor in the Commercial Property team in March 2019.

Joe completed his Law degree at the University of Portsmouth in 2014 and went on to achieve a distinction on the Legal Practice Course in 2016.

As an Associate Solicitor, Joe deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and commercial leases, portfolio management, secured financing, and complex residential transactions.

He is a member of the Portsmouth Property Association, which brings together local property businesses to uphold high professional standards and ethics. Joe is also involved with Legal Voices for the Future, a Law Society initiative focused on educating lawyers about climate change and its potential impact on the law.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife and their cocker spaniel.
