Greta Whitaker

Greta joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in January 2025 as a Solicitor. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as a Paralegal specialising in Leasehold Enfranchisement from June 2021 to June 2023. She then completed her training contract from July 2023 to December 2024, working across Leasehold Enfranchisement and Dispute Resolution law, including general civil litigation, breach of contract, professional negligence claims, and contentious probate, as well as Private Client matters.

Greta earned a 2:1 LLB Law degree from the University of Winchester and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Practice from the University of Law.

In her current role, Greta handles a variety of property litigation matters, including boundary disputes, service charge disputes with freeholders, leasehold enfranchisement (covering right to manage, collective enfranchisement, right of first refusal and statutory lease extensions), trespass disputes, nuisance and easement claims.

Outside of work, Greta enjoys reading thrillers and classic literature and occasionally likes to bake.
