Gemma Mills

Gemma joined our Portsmouth Residential Conveyancing team in November 2025. With over 16 years of experience in Residential Property, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Having worked for several law firms across the South, Gemma has gained experience in a variety of areas, including Immigration Law, Commercial Property, and Residential Conveyancing.

As a Completions Assistant, Gemma is the key point of contact for our clients during the final stages of their property transactions. She handles contract exchanges and all aspects of completions, from preparing documents and letters to liaising with clients to ensure that the final stages of the conveyancing process run smoothly.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is also a keen artist and enjoys drawing when she finds the time. Additionally, Gemma is a regular at the gym, where she stays active by attending classes or swimming to unwind and stay fit.
