Emma Lee

Emma joined Warner Goodman in 2006 and is an Associate and Licensed Conveyancer in our Commercial Property team. Having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015, Emma has extensive experience across both residential and commercial property matters and currently specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and title-related work.

Emma began her career with Warner Goodman as an Office Junior, joining the firm with no previous legal experience. She quickly became a valued member of the team, gaining experience across different areas of the firm and developing her legal knowledge.

Emma was later promoted to Personal Assistant to Claire Battye, Partner and Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. While working full time, Emma pursued her ambition to specialise in property law and studied to become a Licensed Conveyancer, qualifying in 2015.

In recognition of her dedication, commitment and contribution to Warner Goodman, Emma was promoted to Associate in May 2015.

Since qualifying, Emma has built extensive experience across both residential and commercial property, acting for corporate and private clients. Her expertise includes property acquisitions and disposals, estate set-up for new-build developments, residential lease extensions, deeds of variation to resolve title issues and collective enfranchisement matters.

Now working part-time, Emma focuses primarily on leasehold enfranchisement and title-related matters. She is highly experienced in handling the technical issues these matters often involve and takes a clear, practical approach to guiding clients through them.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with friends. She also enjoys travelling and is a keen Pilates enthusiast.
