Emma Jenkins
Emma joined our Fareham Residential Conveyancing team in August 2026, returning to Warner Goodman after first joining us in 2002. With over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, Emma has spent more than 15 years working in Residential Conveyancing, helping clients navigate the process of buying, selling and moving home.
Emma’s interest in law began while studying A Level Law, before starting her legal career as a Legal Secretary. She later progressed into a fee-earner role, gaining experience in Litigation and Personal Injury before moving into Residential Conveyancing, which she particularly enjoyed.
After many years with us, Emma left Warner Goodman in 2019 to follow a lifelong passion of hers — helping animals in need. She spent the following years working for a Hampshire-based animal charity, caring for animals as they prepared to find their new homes.
Now back with us as a Conveyancing Technician, Emma works behind the scenes on the technical aspects of conveyancing matters, including checking titles, raising enquiries and supporting the wider team to help ensure transactions continue to progress smoothly.
Outside of work, Emma continues to volunteer at the animal charity and is particularly passionate about dogs. When she’s not surrounded by animals, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that’s heading out for a walk or enjoying a delicious meal together.
