Warner Goodman LLP was recommended to me by a friend after explaining I was still in pain after an incident that was not my fault. I contacted WG and was introduced (Tel/call) to Deborah Foundling (solicitor) who took the facts and details to decide whether to proceed with a claim against the company in question. Deborah was attentive and professional through-out the procedure and kept me informed of every detail but importantly, listened to my story. I am more than satisfied with the eventual outcome and therefore have no hesitation at recommending WG to others that may find themselves in a similar situation.

I highly recommend Deborah Foundling. She assisted me with a workplace grievance that later became a constructive unfair dismissal claim. Deborah understood and got to the nub of my situation, and helped me navigate through the various stages and include only what was necessary at each of them. She was extremely efficient and effective. Deborah’s advice hugely contributed to a more positive outcome, that avoided court hearings.

Thank you for all your help with my Tribunal case - not just for your advice, but also for your kindness and understanding of the purpose of this lawsuit.
