Chloe Woolfall

Paralegal

Chloe joined the Residential Conveyancing team in May 2022, initially starting as a file opener. Just a few months later, she progressed to handling property sales within the team, and in 2023, she was promoted to the role of Paralegal.

Prior to joining the firm, Chloe completed her Law degree at the University of Brighton in 2021, achieving a 2:1. She then worked at another law firm for a year as an assistant in Residential Conveyancing after graduating. Chloe was awarded sponsorship for her studies in November 2023 in recognition of her ongoing commitment and development. She is currently working towards qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer, with a view to qualifying in 2026.

In her current role, Chloe primarily manages residential sales, from issuing draft contracts through to exchange. She also assists with purchase matters, including reviewing mortgage offers, search reports and source of funds. Chloe has developed particular expertise in sales affected by the Building Safety Act and has a strong knowledge of properties in the Port Solent area.

Chloe finds great satisfaction in helping clients through some of life’s biggest moments - whether that’s a first-time buyer collecting their keys or an executor selling a loved one’s home. She prides herself on seeing even the most complex transactions through to completion.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys attending scooter rallies and previously owned one herself. She’s passionate about design and creativity, having made her own wedding decorations and handmade gifts for friends and family. She also enjoys gardening and spending quality time with her husband and their two cats.
