Bilyana Sibley

Bilyana joined the Commercial Property team in Portsmouth in November 2017 after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a Law degree. She later went on to complete her CILEx qualification, becoming a Chartered Legal Executive in 2026.

In the Commercial Property team, Bilyana assists clients with a wide range of commercial property matters, including the buying, selling, leasing, and development of offices, shops, warehouses, and industrial premises. Her role involves managing transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, carrying out property searches, and liaising with all parties involved to help ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently in compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

Outside of work, Bilyana enjoys keeping active and is a keen gym-goer. She is also proud to have won two silver medals in kickboxing competitions in Bulgaria. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, as well as reading and travelling.
