Bilyana Petkova

Bilyana joined the Commercial Property team in Portsmouth in November 2017 after she graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Law with Business. Bilyana is originally from Bulgaria, moving here in 2014 to start University.

In her role as Paralegal, Bilyana supports Partner, Jenny Colvin in her work with our clients. Specifically, Bilyana will complete the initial paperwork for clients, including managing ID requirements, ordering searches and preparing first drafts of reports, as well as the final paperwork to ensure a swift and timely completion. During her time with the team, she has built her experience working with a wide variety of clients, from corporate entities, property owners and developers.

Outside of work, Bilyana is a keen gym goer and is proud of her two silver medals from kick boxing competitions in Bulgaria. She also likes to socialise with her friends and family, and enjoys reading and travelling.
