Amelia Fewings

Amelia joined the Residential Conveyancing team as a Paralegal in February 2023. She has over ten years of experience working within the legal sector, including roles in Probate Practice, Will writing, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Amelia is currently studying with CILEx and aims to complete her Level 3 Diploma in Law & Practice this year. She plans to continue her studies with the long-term goal of becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.

In her current role, Amelia acts as a key point of contact for clients during their move to a new home. She assists with both sale and purchase matters, preparing contract paperwork for buyers’ solicitors, responding to enquiries, undertaking searches, reporting on mortgage offers, and preparing completion statements and stamp duty forms.

Outside of work, Amelia enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. More recently, she has developed an interest in DIY and upcycling, inspired by the purchase of her first home last year.
