Amelia Thripp

Amelia joined our Portsmouth Residential Conveyancing team in February 2023.

Before joining Warner Goodman, Amelia worked in the legal sector for eight years specialising in Probates, Will Writing, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She is studying CILEx and is nearing the end of her Level 6 Diploma in Law & Practice.

Amelia's role as a Paralegal is to be the primary contact for clients who are buying and selling their homes. Amelia will also prepare contract documentation, respond to enquiries, perform searches, and carry out many other tasks within the conveyancing role.

In her current role, Amelia acts as a key point of contact for clients during their move to a new home. She assists with both sale and purchase matters, preparing contract paperwork for buyers’ solicitors, responding to enquiries, undertaking searches, reporting on mortgage offers, and preparing completion statements and stamp duty forms.
