Alicia Knight

Alicia joined Warner Goodman in March 2026 as an Assistant within the Residential Conveyancing Team. Alicia studied LLB Law at the University of Portsmouth, earning a First Class degree. She then went on to complete her LLM Legal Practice (SQE1 and SQE2) at the University of Law, graduating in October 2025.

Having studied a conveyancing module at university and developed a strong interest in the area, Alicia is passionate about helping clients through every stage of their property journey. She understands that moving home can feel both exciting and overwhelming, and is motivated by making the process as clear, straightforward, and stress-free as possible.

In her role as an Assistant, Alicia will be a key point of support for clients within our Fareham Residential Conveyancing team. She will help with quotes and onboarding, ensuring clients are set up correctly from the outset, and will assist with the day-to-day progression of transactions. Alicia is focused on delivering a responsive and supportive service, helping clients feel informed and reassured throughout their move.

Outside of work, Alicia is a passionate supporter of Portsmouth FC, having held a season ticket for the past 10 years. She also enjoys travelling and has explored many destinations, including South Africa, Germany, and various other European hotspots.
