Employment tribunals can be daunting, particularly for those unfamiliar with the proceedings. Our Mock Tribunal removes the mystery by letting you observe and engage with a simulated case.

The hearing will be led by experienced barristers from 3PB Chambers, with our employment law team presenting evidence and making legal arguments just as they would in a real tribunal. As the case unfolds, you'll see how evidence is presented, how witnesses are questioned, and how legal arguments are constructed and challenged.

How the Session Will Run:

The mock tribunal runs from 10.00am to 1.00pm with a 15-minute break. Arrive from 9.30am for networking over pastries, teas, and coffees. You'll observe the tribunal hearing as it progresses, with opportunities for discussion and questions integrated throughout. Our barristers and employment team will be available to explain proceedings and answer your questions.
