Louise joined the Litigation team within the Employment department in November 2019 after qualifying as a Solicitor in the same month at a law firm in St Albans.

Louise began her legal career by completing her LPC at the BPP University in London, graduating with a distinction.  Her first role after university was for a local firm in Southampton, where she worked for two years as a Paralegal before moving to St Albans and completing her Recognised Period of Training.  Louise has now returned to Southampton to continue with her career as a Solicitor.

In her role, Louise advises both employees and employers on a range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, and Employment Tribunal claims.

When not working, Louise is quite musical and enjoys singing, playing the piano, and occasionally performing at weddings and other special events. Louise is also a busy mum to her daughter, who keeps her on her toes and makes life fun, lively, and delightfully chaotic!
