Louise joined the Litigation team within the Employment department in November 2019 after qualifying as a Solicitor in the same month at a law firm in St Albans. Louise began her legal career by completing her LPC at the BPP University in London, graduating with a distinction. Her first role after university was for a local firm in Southampton, where she worked for two years as a Paralegal before moving to St Albans and completing her Recognised Period of Training. Louise has now returned to Southampton to continue with her career as a Solicitor.

In her role, Louise works alongside Partner in the team, Howard Robson, supporting employees and employers on issues such as unfair dismissal and discrimination, as well as advising on settlement agreements, restrictive covenants and Tribunal claims.

Outside of work, Louise is very musical and enjoys singing and playing the piano. She also loves eating out with friends and family, experiencing different restaurants and delicacies.
