Trainee Solicitor

Jade is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking her first seat in the Private Client department. Jade joined Warner Goodman based in Fareham in August 2021 as a Paralegal in the Private Client department. Prior to this, she completed her Law with Criminology (LLB (Hons)) at The University of Salford in Manchester in 2019, graduating with a 2:1 classification. In October 2022, Jade completed her Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Professional Practice (LPC LLM) studies, achieving a Commendation grade overall.

In addition to her qualifications, Jade brings her valuable previous experience working as a Wills, Trusts and Probate Paralegal and as a Family Law secretary. She is also a Dementia Friend, which provides a key insight when dealing with matters involving mental capacity.

In her role as Trainee Solicitor, Jade will assist her clients in the production of important legal documents such as Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. In addition, she will also liaise with the department’s clients in the Administration of Estates and obtaining Grants of Probate.

During her spare time Jade enjoys horse riding, going on walks with her dog and socialising with her friends and family.
