Hayley Hardy

Hayley joined the Commercial Property team based in Southampton in June 2019 as the Legal Secretary.  While this is her first role in Commercial Property, Hayley is familiar with the legal world having worked in both Litigation and Residential Conveyancing departments before.  Prior to starting her career, Hayley studied Acting and has a BTEC Level 3 in Dance and a BTEC Level 3 in Musical Theatre.

In her role, Hayley assists Colin Winyard and Justin Sturdy by taking new enquiries, liaising with clients, managing the telephones, assisting with post-completions, Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax queries.  She is aiming to develop her role over the coming months and begin to work on her own caseload.

Outside of work, Hayley obviously enjoys visiting the theatre, spending time with her family, reading horror books and shopping.
