Graeme joined the firm in 2006 having qualified as a solicitor ten years earlier. In 2011, Graeme was made a Partner in the firm.

With a background of acting for clients in all aspects of family law, Graeme now specialises in acting for parents who are subject to care proceedings brought by the local authority.  Graeme is able to guide parents through the court process with clear and practical advice.

Graeme is well known within the area as bringing a calming and reassuring approach to law built upon the solid foundations of his years of experience. At times of crisis, Graeme offers a sensible and level headed service with a view to minimising pain and maximising results for his clients. He is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law.

Outside of work, Graeme enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

I just wanted to write to you to say what an unbelievable service I have received from Graeme Barclay and the team in the dealings I have had on my divorce and financial settlement… whilst it is not all done and dusted yet, I wanted to write now, to ensure that it got done, since the final outcome is almost irrelevant in this context.
