Catriona Ralls

Catriona began her legal career at Warner Goodman in 2000 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Personal Injury team, qualifying in 2002. She graduated from Exeter University with an LLB in Law and completed her Legal Practice Course there before joining the firm.

She became an Associate in 2005 and spent many years leading the Personal Injury Team, specialising in industrial disease claims including mesothelioma, asbestosis, and other occupational respiratory conditions. Catriona worked closely with clients and medical specialists to secure compensation and ensure access to appropriate rehabilitation support.

In May 2022, Catriona transitioned to the Employment Law department. As part of the Peace of Mind team, she now supports employers across the South of England and beyond, providing clear, practical guidance on a wide range of employment law issues.

Outside of work, Catriona enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an enthusiastic wild swimmer and also loves reading, walking, and exploring new places.
