DIP IN OR DIP OUT!

Join us in supporting a local charity by attending our Dip In or Dip Out event for Abby's Heroes.  

Abbey's Heroes supports children undergoing cancer treatment at University Hospital Southampton.  

On 16th November, dive into an invigorating swim at the beautiful Andark Lake, Lower Swanwick. Feel the endorphin rush and boost your mental wellbeing in this safe, supported event - with a pre-swim briefing, warm-up, and on-site volunteers to help every step of the way.  

Choose your experience: 

• £25.00 - "Brave & Toasty"
  • Includes the swim plus a hot roll and drink afterward.
• £50.00 - "Full Glow" 
  • Adds a relaxing sauna to warm up after your swim, 
• £30.00 buys you a pass to "Dip Out" if you prefer!
