Masterclass - Practice Makes Perfect

Conducting investigations and disciplinary procedures can be one of the most tricky areas of employment law. Employers must be aware of not only the law surrounding these processes, but also the practicalities of holding the necessary meetings, and what to do should unexpected issues arise in order to avoid the possibility of a claim against them.

During our upcoming masterclass, Practice Makes Perfect, we will discuss all of these concerns and more.  You will work through a number of case scenarios covering every stage of the process, from writing an investigation plan, the disciplinary hearing itself and the appeal process.

We won't stop there, as we will also consider a variety of tricky questions, such as witness interviews, raising grievances and employee sickness during the process.
