Holiday Masterclass

We will provide an overview of the law concerning staff holidays. The Masterclass will cover popular topics such as what holiday employees are entitled to and what holiday perks could you offer to attract the right candidates, increase staff retention, and improve recruitment. This session will also review whether a three-month gap breaks the claim chain and how to make your contracts work for you concerning holidays.

The employment team will also discuss the latest cases in this area of employment which include:

• Recent holiday pay cases
• Cases relating to part-year workers
• Zero-hour and casual worker contracts

Our Holiday Masterclass will take place at the Hilton Ageas Bowl and begin at 09:00 am. The event will last around three hours, with drinks and refreshments included.
