HR Hangout - HR for HR

A study by employee experience app Workvivo has found that 98% of HR Professionals have felt burned out at work in the past 6 months. After being on the frontline during the pandemic, being the champion of everyone else’s wellbeing, navigating the great resignation and now trying find ways to recognise and reward staff during a cost of living crisis it’s no small wonder that many HR professionals are feeling the strain.  In this session we’ll look at what HR can do to help HR, we’ll look at some of the challenges that are unique to the profession and share some strategies for finding support for the supporter.

Join me, Cath Dixon and other like-minded HR professionals for our upcoming HR Hangout on HR for HR. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of the hive-mind and gain some much needed support in what can sometimes feel like an isolated profession. The session is open to any people managers who would like to feel more supported in this area.

If you’re not able to join us for this session but are interested in the topic, please email cathdixon@warnergoodman.co.uk and if there is enough interest we’ll run a second session.
