Natalie Rawson

Natalie Rawson

Associate Solicitor

Natalie joined the Employment Team in February 2017, and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in May 2019.  She qualified in 2010, after which she worked as a criminal defence duty solicitor until she joined the firm.

Prior to this, she completed an English Humanities degree at Southampton University in 2005 and then went on to attend Guildford College of Law; completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course in 2007.  It was during this time that Natalie first discovered Warner Goodman and completed a period of work experience, as well as working as a volunteer with the Witness Support Service.  She is delighted to be back working in the Employment team as she was keen to move from criminal work for some time.

Outside of work, Natalie is interested in socialising with the friends and family, attending the theatre and reading.

I mainly deal with Natalie Rawson and find that she really understands me and my businesses. It really helps me to have relaxed and open conversations about an array of areas within employment law. This assures me that I make decisions knowing I am fully aware of what I need to do as an employer, to protect myself and the business. She has been fantastic with the issues raised around Covid 19. I would also add the updates in general have been a god send during really difficult times. Natalie and the team are always on hand to draft a letter and most importantly always calls me back.
