Jane Futrille

Associate Solicitor

Jane started with the firm in September 2013, and in a few short months was promoted to Associate status, effective from 1st May 2014.  She joined the firm after spending over 7 years at a leading regional practice.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1980, and spending the first 9 years of her career in private practice, she spent 15 years advising a wide variety of clients based in Central Government, the World Health Organisation, public bodies and Charities.  Since returning to private practice she has acted for developers, land owners, and landlords and tenants in the office, retail and industrial sectors and charities and trustees. She prides herself with being in tune with her clients.

Her current role sees her advising on all aspects of commercial property law, with a particular focus on acting for developers, landowners, investor clients and commercial clients. This includes the negotiation and completion of option agreements, conditional contracts and overage provisions.  She enjoys dealing with all types of commercial property acquisitions and disposals including security work for High Street Lenders and also deals with complex residential transactions.

Outside of the office, Jane enjoys skiing, pilates, socialising and boating.
