Emma Kemp
Emma joined in January 2012 as a Trainee Solicitor, after working for a year as a paralegal at a firm in Guildford. Prior to this, she studied Philosophy at the University of Southampton and graduated in 2008. She then studied the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in Guildford, gaining a distinction in the LPC.
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in January 2014 after successfully completing seats in the Personal Injury and Family departments, as well as the Employment Team where she chose to stay after qualifying. Her role sees her work with employers, acting for them on matters including business re-organisations and redundancy schemes, performance management of staff, disciplinary matters and severance terms for executives predominantly for our Peace of Mind Employment Advice Package members.
After being qualified for three years, Emma was delighted to be promoted to Associate Solicitor in May 2017.
In her spare time she enjoys a variety of sports including badminton and running.
