Emilie joined Warner Goodman in 2014, working with the Employment team based in Southampton.  Following her time here, she then went on to various legal work experience placements before returning to the firm in 2016, spending six months as a Paralegal in the Portsmouth based Commercial Property team.  Emilie is currently working with the Company Commercial team for her Period of Recognised Training. Emilie has also completed seats in the Employment Peace of Mind, and Personal Injury team.

Emilie was born in Nîmes in the South of France, and first spent time in England in 2010, spending seven months working as an au pair and horse rider while also learning English.  After this, Emilie returned to France to complete her French Law degree.  In 2013, she gained her degree in International and European Law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris, before earning her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in Guildford.  In 2017 Emilie also completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University in Guildford.

Outside of work, Emilie is a keen charity fundraiser and has organised numerous charity events, including Legal Walks following an internship with the Access to Justice Foundation at the National Pro Bono Centre in London.  She also took part in the 2017 skydive for Portsmouth Down Syndrome Association, a charity that Warner Goodman has worked with since 2014.  As well as charity work, Emilie enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities such as horse riding, archery and kayaking.
