• Possible outcomes from Tribunal hearings plus principles of remedy hearings.
• Compensation including basic awards, compensatory, personal injury and injury to feelings.

You will leave our masterclass feeling more confident in the steps you can take to avoid a claim being brought against you by a current, former or potential employee but also equipped to manage this should this happen.
