The good news, you’ll be pleased to hear, is that the majority of cases settle without ever having to go to court. But one thing’s for sure – throughout your claim we will advise you about the correct time to settle and value of your claim.
At any time, either you or the insurance company can make an offer of settlement. This is known as a Part 36 Offer.
If we do have to start court proceedings, don’t worry – there’s still every expectation that we will win your claim and settle before we go to court.
