What about our fees?

We believe that we provide excellent value for a quality service.

We are flexible in the way we charge you for our services. We can offer fixed fees which may only be varied if there is a significant change to the deal structure or delay beyond our control. This helps you to budget. Alternatively, we will work on hourly rates, but kepp you updated as things progress.

We do not have a set formula to calculate fixed fees. We appreciate that some low value transactions can be very complicated and require a lot of work whereas some high value transactions can actually be very straight forward and simple to complete. We therefore price each transaction after careful consideration of the key features, such as the required documents, funding, security and the identity of the other parties and professionals involved.

We will advise you of practical steps so that you can keep fees to a minimum, especially in lower value transactions.

We ensure that our fees compare favourably to those charged by other firms on the South Coast and in London.
