Steven Grant
Most of Steve’s time is spent advising on share/asset acquisitions, disposals and mergers. Steve has developed a particular specialism in the smaller transactions market (upto £2million) and prides himself on being able to get deals through to completion within tight timescales.
The remainder of his time is spent working on shareholder agreements, supplier agreements and other commercial contracts.
Steve is also the firm’s licensing specialist, which sees him advise a growing number of hotels, pubs, restaurants and clubs. Steve has established a good rapport with many of the South’s local authorities since the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003.
Steve’s clients range from large supermarket suppliers and one of the country’s most active student unions to small family owned businesses and individuals.
Steve is an enthusiastic sportsman and outside of work he can usually be found torturing himself in the gym or playing football for a local team.
