Geoffrey Sturgess

Geoffrey Sturgess is a well known lawyer in the Solent region and nationally in franchising. He qualified in 1980 and spent the first third of his career in industry where he was instrumental in the development of milk round franchising.

Recognised by the British Franchise Association as an experienced franchise lawyer, Geoffrey supports Warner Goodman’s BFA affiliate status. He has been a member of the BFA’s Legal Committee and was elected to its board in 2010.

Geoffrey’s work concentrates on UK and international commercial contracting in technology, IT and inevitably franchising.

Out of the office, Geoffrey is an angler, motorcyclist and rock climber.
