Caroline Whitaker

Caroline advises businesses on corporate and commercial matters and joined Warner Goodman as an Associate Solicitor in 2008.

Caroline worked for many years in a central London law firm where she gained a broad experience working with a variety of businesses from computer and internet to restaurants, night clubs and a leading independent chemist chain. As well as acting for private companies, partnerships and family run business Caroline has acted for off-shore trustees on UK corporate transactions.

Caroline aims to use her legal knowledge and experience to find a practical and commercial approach to the issues facing her clients.

Caroline lives locally and is married with two children. In her spare time she enjoys riding and walking.
