If you are thinking of granting or taking a lease of premises, our Lease Checklist should prove useful. In 99% of cases by the time you come to instruct WG Commercial’s Property Team you will already have agreed Heads of Terms with your proposed tenant or landlord. The Lease Checklist is designed to help you think about the key terms of your proposed lease. The more that can be agreed before you instruct us the less time we will need to spend taking your instructions on the content of the lease. The less time that we spend on your matter, the more money you save.
