Commercial Contract Disputes

Warner Goodman’s Dispute Resolution Team seek to advise clients by giving practical advice as to their position in any contractual dispute which inevitably arise on occasions. However carefully drafted the contract may be, disputes will always arise in business. We advise on alternative methods of resolving the dispute, including negotiation mediation or arbitration. When proceedings become necessary we are able to advise clients in pursuing or defnded actions in the County Court and the High Court, including seeking urgent interim remedies and injunctions if necessary. • Disputes as to the interpretation of contractual provisions or retention of title claims

We recognise the costs and expense of litigation. We are able to consider funding certain claims under a Conditional Fee Agreement, as well as acting on behalf of clients who have legal expenses insurance.
