Insurance Protection
We have an arrangement on preferential terms with a specialist legal expenses insurer, which will protect you from the cost of Employment Tribunal claims, by covering the legal costs of defending claims and any compensation ordered, up to a maximum of £125,000 per claim and £1m per annum. The insurance (unlike other competing products) also covers the cost of pursuing claims against employees who breach their contract of employment.
