Sarah Whitemore - Director Sarah is director in the Firm and Head of warnergoodman commercial, based at the Southampton office. She read Law at Southampton University and went on to obtain a rare First Class Honours from the Law Society's final course in Guildford along with winning the Ford Prize for outstanding achievement. She has had notable successes in cases involving unfair dismissals and discrimination working on behalf of both companies and employees. Sarah is also member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Sarah is highlighted in the 2006 Chambers Legal Directory as a noted specialist.

Howard Robson - Director Howard is a director and the Team Leader within the Employment Department. Howard graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree in Law in 1989 from Manchester Polytechnic and successfully completed the Solicitors Final Examinations the following year. Before joining the firm Howard was employed by Southampton City Council as Principal Solicitor and Manager of the Litigation Team within the Legal Services Department. Howard's work includes all aspects of unfair dismissal and discrimination claims as well as advising upon employment policies, contractual matters and business transfers under TUPE. Howard has particular specialist experience of public sector employment cases notably in the local government sector. Howard is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Laura Bowyer - Executive Laura joined warnergoodman commercial approximately thirteen years ago and she has progressed to her current position as Employment Litigation Executive. Laura is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. During this time Laura has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of employment law and is responsible for a broad spectrum of client cases for both employees and businesses. With considerable experience in areas of discrimination, notably in respect of sex discrimination cases, Laura is a key member of the team, a keen advocate in the Employment Tribunal and is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Sue Gibbs- HR Consultant Sue joined warnergoodman commercial in the summer of 2006 and works as part of the Peace of Mind team. Sue has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1989. She graduated from the Institute of Personnel Management with a distinction in 1992. She has a wide range of experience including providing help with HR policies and procedures, Staff Handbooks, Performance Management systems, Job Analysis and Disciplinary and Grievance policy review.

Linda Taylor- HR Consultant Linda has over 20 years experience in human resources and has worked for the National Health Service, British Gas and Zurich Insurance. She has a BA Honours in Modern Languages and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A specialist in employment law and equity issues for the last 15 years, she is an Adviser to the Industry and Parliamentary Trust on Employment Issues. Linda designs and delivers employment law and other specialized human resource training courses and now works with the warnergoodman commercial Peace of Mind team.

Claire Hodson- Employment Assistant Claire joined warnergoodman commercial in July 2006 after spending 23 years at White & Bowker. She is a highly experienced legal secretary and currently manages the administration of the Peace of Mind Scheme and is an Employment Assistant in the Employment Team.
