Clinical Negligence

Not all medical procedures have the intended outcome. Sometimes the procedures just don't work, but sometimes this is a result of a practitioner's negligence.

Sometimes it takes a long time to get a correct diagnosis, it could be the nature of the illness, but it could also be due to negligence.

Medical practitioners such as nurses, doctors, surgeons and consultants don't always get it right and we expect a far higher standard of those professionals. This negligence causes injuries which should never have occurred. We fight cases against practitioners where their conduct falls below the professional standard.

Victims of medical accidents deserve the truth where something has gone wrong, and compensation where injury is caused.
